Highly recommend. We had our patio covered with a roof. They did every step in a professional and timely manner. The quality of the work is very high, with attention to detail and quality materials throughout. The crew was fantastic and communication was thorough. This project will improve the way we use our home and spend time together as a family. We are so grateful to Franklin and team. Our only regret is that we didnt do it sooner!

E&I just finished replacing our siding and installing new windows, and they were fantastic. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and took pride in their work—no cutting corners. The siding looks amazing, and the windows are sealed tight (no more drafts!). They kept things clean, communicated clearly, and finished when they said they would. No stress, no mess. Highly recommend if you want quality work from people who actually care.

My wife and I had a minor leak near one of our windows. We had another contractor come out to assess and attempt a fix, but they failed to do so. In an attempt to try a different contractor, I called E&I General Contracting, based on the great reviews here on Google. Franklin came out that day and assessed the leak. He was confident that he knew what the issue was which gave me confidence that I had chosen a better contractor for the job. Through the entire process, Franklin was transparent and honest about the issue and the fix he was putting in place. He provided plenty of pictures through the entire process, which was nice. I felt Franklin was thorough with his work and a real passion for trying to fix my problem shone through. I will definitely be using E&I General Contracting again.
