I was recommended by a friend to Link Heating & Cooling and we couldn't be happier. I called about an issue with our AC unit and Mark and Mark came out immediately the same day and remedied the issue. The unit is about 30 years old but in great condition. Mark and Mark were thorough, friendly, honest, and fixed the issue quickly. They did not try to upsell us on any additional services or replacement of the entire unit/system like some of the big name companies. Our central air went out during the hottest part of the summer and Mark & Mark Jr. came out on a Saturday and within an hour had our central air running again. They also did a through check of our system and assured us our unit should be good for several years. Mark Sr was upfront with the hourly labor pricing and both he and Mark Jr were very professional and we will turn to them first for all our central air/heating services going forward. In Sept 2023, Mark & Mark Jr came out to do an annual service check on my really ancient-but-reliable gas hot water heating system. My previous heating guy had retired earlier this year & after asking around a bit, someone mentioned Link Heating & Cooling. I was a bit apprehensive that a new HVAC person would find my system "too old" to mess with. Mark & Mark Jr didn't bat an eye - they checked it over thoroughly & all was fine.
