I would leave negative stars if I could, do not go to EKB and purchase Waypoint cabinets!! It is too bad as they are American made and I have had the worst experience between production and shipping of these cabinets. Erica is a very nice designer at EKB however she is backing a company that has delayed my kitchen renovation and has been costly to me as our contractor has had to do many extra steps like installing a full size pantry and then taking it out, just so we can have templating done for countertops, then reinstalling a new (less damaged) pantry that needed a coat of paint which I was fortunate my contractor and team were able to do or I would have no countertops at this point. I’m about to start a master bathroom remodeling with EKB and I already know it will be a success because I’m a repeat customer. EKB renovated our kitchen five years ago and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We had a plan when we walked in, Matt and Leah added a whole lot of expertise and good advice about the design and materials so we felt like the project was a great collaboration not just us ordering a job. Matt was personally involved in each step. He stopped by or called at the end of the workday to make sure everything was going smoothly. Erica Messing was the kitchen designer for our new kitchen & did an outstanding job. She was very detail orientated, provided us with different designs, always listening to our "wants" & incorporating into the design.
