El Dorado Glass & Overhead Door

Our work order was put in in January, they still haven't shown up. Every time I call they say we're at the top of the stack, but keep getting bumped for other jobs. They're stretched thin. They don't have enough help. Their whole crew went to a big job in another state. It's excuse after excuse and not a well-run operation.

Blake called before he came and showed up and realigned the door and did some minor maintenance and I was up and running in about an hour. Very satisfied with the prompt service particularly being in December around the holidays. Will definitely use Eldorado Glass and Overhead again if the need ever arises. Thanks again

I called EG&OD at 8:00 am on a Monday morning about our garage door and Lenny called 5 minutes later and told me that he was on the way. By 9:30 am he had the old spring removed, new one on and was leaving. Excellent service.

Great service, had custom glass cut here for several old frames I found in my attic. Great business I've heard they have been around for 70 years!
