Does service for my hoa while being a landlord here. He constantly allows tools to be left on our site and takes advantage of our limited parking. In recent job our carport was being worked on and during that time he left his supplies across whole carport displacing all of the residents vehicles for over two weeks when he was not working. EDIT: Mark, Thanks for the response. I am a resident in building 7 which shares the lot with building 9. I appreciate your concern for the quality of which you leave jobsite. eLawnz was the badge on the truck left in the middle of our lot overnight, and the truck left overnight in a guest spot when we got snow, all while the supplies were covering all 6 spots in the carport.
