This is the greatest HVAC company in the state or probably in the USA. I bought a new unit a couple of years ago. I recently had issues with the unit during the cold snap and this company was more than efficient, fair, and honest. They are extremely great people to do business with. I always knew that this family had outstanding values and was exceptionally honest. I chose to do business with them because they are a true upright family business who serve the community with care and honesty. Cameron, the owner, took after his mom and dad with the true gifts of honesty, fairness, and outstanding business ethics. We need more business owners in our community like this one! New replacement of central HVAC in June 2025. The installers were very efficient, competent, and courteous. The entire process was completed in one day, including some fabrications to make the new unit fit properly. I would highly recommend Electric City Heating and Cooling for your a/c installation or maintenance. Three months after the installation we noticed a condensation leak on a ceiling tile in the basement that was not part on the install package. They came out next day found and repaired some broken insulation on the return freon line. NO CHARGE. No even a service call fee.

Jay, John, and the whole team at Electric City went way above and beyond for me. I purchased this home 3 years ago. Electric city installed my system for the previous owner. I called them out because my Blower motor was stuck on running even without a call from the thermostat. They came out and told me the module was bad and the system was out of warranty by a month. I was bracing for a huge bill. Spoke the next day and they informed me they where able to speak to the manufacturer and they where going to warranty the motor, all I had to cover was the labor. That alone saved me hundreds of dollars. This company really cares for all of their customers, new and old. They have just earned my business. Thank you for putting your customers first!

Honestly, I’m questioning the validity of some of these reviews because my experience was horrible. I paid once a month for service and not only did they not even answer a call when I needed an emergency service they won’t call back when I wanted to schedule a time to replace the AC. My AC was making noise but still worked until I asked someone to look at it during a routine cleaning. Then it definitely went out. And damaged even worse!! I ended up calling another company which has been pretty amazing. Living a week in a house with 90+degree heat no air and having health issues is crazy when I expected to be taken care of. Not even a call back!!! I guess I didn’t say what they wanted me to when they give me an option to bankrupt myself or simply fix it. Funny how they said it would be 6 we

I’ve used Electric City Heating & Cooling several times and highly recommend. I had guests for an upcoming party and noticed my home was not cooling like it should. Jay arrived same day and quickly fixed the problem. He was professional and friendly.
