He was very professional, and he took the time to explain to me about all of the issues I thought I had. He’s extremely knowledgeable and explained in layman’s terms what was going on. Alan has done work with us on our rental home. He installed GFCI throughout the house. He located and repaired defective wiring hidden in the walls from 1962. He has excellent communication skills , and worked with a high degree of professionalism with the Tenants that made going access difficult. He kept us informed of all issues found and performed his work completing all work within budget. I would recommend Alan to anyone who needs an honest electrician, doing work to current codes. Alan also did a complete electrical panel replacement for us. He coordinated the work with City Planning and PG&E to provide a seamless transition from the old panel to the new.
