I called over 35 places on Thanksgiving Day due to my heating element going out in my oven the night before. Larry was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and caring to help find a heating element so we could cook our Thanksgiving dinner. Larry displayed excellent customer service and truly was a blessing to my family.

Update: While filling my glass with ice and cold water today from the fridge, I thought it appropriate to give a review update and express my gratitude and satisfaction. Hiring Electronic Enterprises to repair our fridge rather than replace it was the best decision and I am glad we did it! I am utterly surprised to have read some of the reviews that Larry (the owner) was rude or not punctual. That was not at all our experience. Our LG refrigerator compressor had failed. I could find NO ONE within a 100 mile radius besides him who was qualified to touch it. Larry was straight forward and explained very well the situation regarding these refrigerators. We had our LG fridge compressor stop working 2 weeks ago and contacted LG support which was a nightmare to deal with. They Gave us Larry's number at Electronic Enterprise and I called him. He Immediately ordered the compressor and had us up and running in just a few days. It saved us $2400 for a new fridge. Well worth the repair fee he charged. I'm not sure why he has some negative reviews on here but we thought he did an amazing job. I was at work the day he came to fix our fridge but my wife said he was very friendly & professional. My LG refrigerator compressor failed on a Saturday before noon. I then phoned Electronic Enterprises Of Southern Ohio. Larry Smith, the owner, told me to contact LG customer service because the compressor of my six year old LG refrigerator was still under parts only warranty. One day later, Sunday, LG authorized furnishing the new compressor to Larry's company. Then come Monday morning, one day later, Larry's crew, Jamie & Tasha, replaced my compressor. I'm pleased to the maximum.

We contacted Larry 4 weeks ago because our fridge was not working properly, After 3 days of phone calls Larry finally said “it must be the compressor.” 3 weeks have passed and still no Larry. Very Unprofessional Business, Will NOT answer phone calls and left messages with no response after paying for a service call. I DONT recommend!
