Bob and his company were amazing efficient and matched my 50 year-old floors perfectly with the new floors. He installed buffed and made my old floors look beautiful. Meanwhile the kindest people you could ever meet easy and just beautiful to work with I would recommend them to anyone and everyone needing wood flooring Accomplished in any manner whether restoring or installing these guys are the best of the best

Bob and his team took our job last minute and showed up in a few days. From start to finish it took about 7 days and it was sand, 3 coats and buff as well as replacing boards on both landings. The quality is pretty good considering what they had to work with and the price is pretty reasonable especially for around ballard. He was great with responding not as much with telling you what will happen next but as long as you ask it’s great. Only thing I would suggest if you are going to do work with him is know what you want and make it very clear, if you want a certain color filler make sure to say it and make it very clear that’s what you want. BOB and crew, these guys know hardwood floors. This is their specialty. The vast majority of their business is hardwood floors, it's what they do. They did a very good job refinishing my VERY old white oak floors, that had previously been refinished. He was able to fix many nails that were popping up and replaced with Brad nail. Floors looks really good now with the clear coat. Fair price as well, would repeat.

Wow! We received three estimates, several recommended by our realtor, but spotted Bob’s (the owner) van in our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. They were so attentive and listened to exactly what we were looking for in color and feel. They were one of the lowest estimates we received and yet had the highest degree of professionalism. We’ve owned houses for more than 20 years and Bob and his team are some of the hardest working, most dedicated workers we’ve seen. They are true craftsmen— even laying on their bellies to investigate the smoothness of their work. Our floors were in bad shape, but now look absolutely beautiful and completely lightened up the look and feel of the interior. He even drove all over Seattle to locate the right wood for repairs of our 1912 floor. Amazing
