BUYER BEWARE: I had the absolute worst experience with Elementar/Hardscape for the entire project. The job was relatively small paver area with firepit surrounded by synthetic turf putting green. I am one year and one day from making my latest payment and my putting turf has been getting worse showing the horizontal seam lines and it's become an eye sore. Reaching out Fabio, the owner, told me he couldn't help and to contact the manufacturer. GlobalSynTurf was responsive but say they don't cover the cost of repair. Although pitched as a 15yr warranty, Fabio is refusing to do the install of the new turf. He's quoted me $2k to do the work. And this turf is less than 15months old and looks awful.
