I had Elevate install a new garage door opening system at my residence in Sep-2025. They replaced a 27-year old Genie screw-drive unit (that required constant maintenance - monthly lubrication) with a new generation Genie belt-drive unit. The new system runs very smoothly and quietly. Regarding the Elevate team, Billy and Tony were a joy to work with. Billy provided a comprehensive estimate with three options depending on what I wanted to accomplish. He gave me time to review the estimates and what I wanted to accomplish (which included replacement of the old door torsion springs, cable assembly, rollers, end bearing plates, operator bracket and bottom door rubber gasket.) Came to my house and spent time ensuring the garage door I want fit my needs. No pressure salesman. Had my quote with in less than 1 hour. Came to my and installed the new door and opener. Did a fantastic job. He also stayed and programmed my two vehicles to the door for me . Great service and very dependable would highly recommend them.

I got 4 new doors installed about 2 years ago from elevate they are beautiful and I get many compliments on them. One door was a little sticky when closing.i called elevate and they rushed out the next day and put some lube on it and it works great now. I highly recommend them. I gave the technician some home made cookies and he really them!

Billy and Tony were very professional. They never pressured us into any decisions . They gave us many options and listened to our needs. The garage door is beautiful and works wonderful. The install went great. Tony cleaned everything up, then took as much time as I needed to learn the new opener, keypad and remotes. Highly recommend Elevate!
