Had a very professional experience with this company. Amie, their sales representative, was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the necessity of our crane services on their job site. She had excellent attention to detail for her customers and was personally on site to ensure excellent customer care and satisfaction. Amie was prompt with an estimate and when I decided to have them do the work, they were there to put in the A/C before I moved in tomorrow 8/18. Whew, quite pleased not to work at settling w/o A/C. I went with them since they also installed my condo’s furnace, 11 years old now,, and have serviced the Trane system as well. Today she came back and set up my remote to check on my systems while I am away and was very helpful. I feel assured I will be alerted if something happens my heat while I may be away on a trip. She was extremely patient and great service!Shop locally!
