Our gutter system is worse after hiring this company. Unless you want a second job becoming a gutter expert and given the run around to get your money back, I’d stay away. I’ve tried calling the Leaf Filter support line numerous times and they say they are escalating my concerns, but I’ve gotten nowhere. I called leaf filter after the first rain because our gutters were leaking. I set up service and had to call the support line days later to confirm everything was fixed. So I hired another company to repair our soffit and fascia as advised by our salesman, Luke Person. The other company said there was still standing water and debris in the gutters around where they were working. I requested a removal and refund at this point because the work wasn’t done. The insurance adjuster noticed "dents" in the leaf filter from a hail storm and they offered compensation to have those pieces replaced. Your representative inspected my gutters and advised that he didn't see any real damage. I told him that insurance was offering to pay for new leaf filter so your representative got on the roof and made a second inspection and still said there was no damage. He had the option to say everything needed replacement but had the integrity to not take advantage of myself or the insurance company!!! That type of service is almost impossible to find in today's business world!

Installation was great but the next rain proved that there was an area of overflow that lead to a stream coming down on my deck. I called LeafFilter and my issue was seen to promptly by a courteous and professional person and fixed as far as I can tell -- with the bonus of it being covered under the lifetime warranty. What's not to love about that?!
