We recently purchased our first home and have had an Elevate Home Warranty for 10 months now. They call to check in on us from time to time. The most recent call, they informed us of some discounts on certain service calls and future services that open up during the spring season for HVAC. Tune ups and maintenance on AC starts in Spring so weather permits for proper testing. We have already used their services twice, once for our refrigerator and once for our furnace. Both appointments and repairs went very well and the subscription has already paid for itself. The customer service has been phenomenal and at the level that is usually unheard of these days. This is the 3rd time we've used the services of Elevate Homescriptions. The app it is very easy to use and they give you a discount if you use it! I have also called them a few times to ask questions and the agents have all been friendly and helpful and encouraging to use the app or call them back if I had trouble. The contractors have all been dependable and communicative. Our experience has been so wonderful that we are talking about renewing another year!

We have been SO HAPPY with our warranty with Elevate. We’ve had 3 different home warranty companies. The first was average or slightly better. The second was absolute garbage. Elevate has blown them all out of the water! All of the customer service reps at elevate and all of the contractors that we’ve worked with have been extremely helpful, quick, and communicative. We’ve used our warranty for multiple appliances in this past, and this winter when our furnace went out, we were so grateful to have Elevate! The furnace replacement was covered 100% parts and labor, and was taken care of so quickly and professionally. Absolutely recommend!

Easy and fast repairs with Elevate. Been with them for 2 years now. So far excellent service . They have quite a good network of qualified tradesmen. I recommend them to anyone who asks.
