Elevate Structure - Siding, Windows, Paint

I got quotes from 4 different companies to add Hardie Shingle siding and trim to my project. I had already done the building wrap. Elevate came out with the best price and with availability in the time frame I was looking for. Work started on a day where it rained nearly two inches! The work picked up a few days later when the weather improved, and I'm pleased with the end result. The contractor was friendly and accommodating as I was working inside the building at times. I did end up getting several quotes for painting and went with another company for that and included the painted photos for comparison to the primed shingles. The price did not include removal of cutoff material which I knew signing the contract. Thank you for the great work!

Deck Build When I contacted Nick the following day I got an estimate and then we got started. Nick helped us with an engineering company and they did a great job. The building permit took a couple of months, but once it was bought off these guys were pouring concrete that day. Everything they said they would do they did it. Communication was great and they did the job for the price they quoted. Great company very organized

Nick was recommended to me by Nichiha USA that make our siding. He and everyone from Elevate was extremely thoughtful and professional throughout the process. Nichiha messed up our order but Nick handled it well and made sure we got the siding we actually ordered. Vasiliy and Yuri installed the siding and our windows and doors over a few weeks period. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. They had to make adjustment to the house (because my framers were so inept) and did so without me asking. Additionally, they even hung some pieces that were not part of the bid just so they were not slowed down, even re-doing one section that wasn't quite right after they finished it. They responded quickly to concerns I had about a small leak and took care of it. Nick always showed up when he sai
