The main elements of our project involved gutting two dated bathrooms and removing an old wood burning fireplace in our living room, and painting our whole condo. Before we hired Ihor's company we had a contractor who had signed on and cancelled on the project just a few months before it was to start. We hired Maksymov Brownstown to do a heavy kitchen remodel earlier in 2025. We fielded multiple quotes from various groups, and honestly Ihor was the most honest and straight forward bid that we got. We engaged with his group in March of 2025, and started breaking ground around early September. Overall, every modification and renovation made by his group was fantastic. They were very fast, efficient, and incredibly clean.
