We had an opportunity to use SiA construction last week for a two day job to fix the frame around my garage door. As we talked it turned into a bid for painting all three doors, all our trim in the front of the house, and refusing and staing our front door Inside and out. They gave us a great bid, came exactly on time and finished as planned. Incredible results. Couldn’t have been happier! I found them on Thumbtack for Handyman services. SiA Builds is fantastic! We hired them to make some modifications to an existing wood deck by converting it to composite and pouring a concrete pad for a hot tub. The whole process was one of the best interactions I’ve had with contractors ever. The price was good, the conversations were easy, they had great suggestions for the areas I wasn’t sure what to do with, and they really spent a lot of time on the small details. Importantly to me, they showed up when they said they would, they always responded to my questions quickly, and they left the place looking cleaner than when they got there. I’d recommend them for any project.

The SIA construction team did a great job of identify and explaining the full extent of the wood rot problem, including structural, siding and trim. Expertly removed and repaired the problem areas, finished and painted to produce a high-quality result.

We had SIA Builds rebuild our deck stairs, which were old and unsafe. The new staircase is incredibly sturdy and up to code, with secure railings and perfect alignment. It’s clear this team is experienced with high, complex structures. We feel much safer now.
