I recently had my annual heating and cooling maintenance service performed by Elevation Heating and Cooling, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Nick was the technician who handled the inspection, servicing, and cleaning of my heat pump, furnace, and essential connected systems. Nick was incredibly thorough, following detailed checklists to ensure everything was in top condition. He also took the time to educate me on routine maintenance tasks I could perform as a homeowner to enhance efficiency and prolong the system’s lifespan. Nick came out last Friday to service our 12 year old furnace. He showed up on time (actually a little early!). He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He cleaned our older furnace and checked to make sure everything was working well. Went outside to check the AC unit as well. He replaced the filter and said we probably wouldn't need another visit until spring 2026 as long as I replaced my own filters every six months. So refreshing to have an honest professional technician do a great job and NOT try and sell me something I didn't need. I'll always use Elevation Heating & Cooling for all our HVAC needs. Incredible company!

I own a heat pump which I recently found out needs to be serviced once a year. I hired James Mallory's company Elevation to do the work. Nick, his tech did a great job. I ended up also having him service my furnace while he was there. He was very informed about my heat pump and very professional in explaining how it works and what I need to do to keep it functional. I will use Elevation regularly from now on. I will also happily refer him to family, friends and my clients. Barbara

We’ve been using Elevation Heating & Cooling since moving into our current home in 2022. Initially for maintenance on a very old gas furnace, and then we worked with Nick to replace that system with a modern Mitsubishi heat pump at the beginning of 2024. Elevation’s quote for that work, which included the outside unit, an air handler to connect to the existing ductwork for the main floor, and three mini splits for the top floor (where we had nothing but wall heaters), was competitive, and the install was done with great care. A lot of competitors came out for a quick look and quoted what would’ve been an oversized install, but Nick spent several hours testing the existing ductwork and airflow to ensure we would end up with an appropriate solution for the house, and the system has been supe

Our old heat pump failed. The tech Nick, promptly came out and discussed what system would work best for our needs. The installation was quick, and had us back to comfortable living. We went with a Mitsubishi unit that is highly efficient, and super easy to use. I highly recommend this company, and their knowledgeable technicians. JF
