ICC / Shah has been a delight to work with throughout multiple projects. He is very attentive to customer needs and works very promptly with his team to propose clear plan options to pick/choose and tweak. The planning phase and execution phase happened smoothly without ever feeling left out on progress. We had ICC install cabinets for a bar in a theater room to be sleek and elegant. We also wanted the room wrapped in a similar style with box crown for LED lighting. There were a few polishing aspects but as Shah is very obsessed with customer obsessions he is always willing to go the extra mile to make customers beyond satisfied. We first heard about ICC through friends who had their whole house cabinetry done and were so impressed with the quality. Our project was much smaller but also unique—we were converting a bedroom into an office with built-in cabinets and a Murphy wall bed for when guests visit. Definitely a challenge, but Shah and his team pulled it off beautifully! They even created a custom sit/stand desk that perfectly matches the cabinetry materials. Shah is super communicative, loves a good challenge, and really helped us design the perfect setup for our space. You can tell his team behind the scenes truly care about their craft. We’re thrilled with how it turned out and will absolutely be working with ICC again for future projects.
