A very professional and respectful young man came out, on time, and performed a fabulous job. I didn't expect to speak to a real person when scheduling the appointment. So nice. Exactly how to run a business! I won't be going anywhere else. Best equipment to clean carpet correctly (rotating scrubbing assembly) for deep cleaning, not just washing dirt down to the pad. Excellent service!

I thought the technician did a terrific job very professional, very thorough, very thoughtful. I have an antique sofa couch and he was delicate in how he handled fabric. I have used Five Star Chem - Dri before and have referred them to the other owners in my building. They are reasonably priced and their work is first rate

Owen was absolutely fantastic! We had several ground in stains on our carpet that we thought could not be removed. Owen came in, spoke with us about the areas of concern, and immediately got to work. He was very organized and knew exactly what to do to remove the stains (the solution that he used smelled great!, too!) We were thrilled with the results and would recommend Owen to anyone who needs help with their carpet.

I enthusiastically recommend Five Star Chem Dry. They delivered amazing service and rescued an 8x10 area rug that I love. Without going into gruesome detail, I’ll just say that a very sick dog led to us dragging the rug outside late at night and hosing it down. (A VERY sick dog!) Mike sent a person out promptly the next day to rescue the soaked rug, clean it, and dry it out. The rug looks good as new (and the dog is fine). I will use Chem Dry again for sure.

I called and was scheduled quickly. On the day of my appointment Christian and Silas showed up on time and worked the entire time they were there. They were personable, knowledgeable and just plain nice. My carpets were horrible because I had tried to clean them myself and couldn’t get the water out which attracted more dirt. They worked diligently on them and they came out beautifully. They had their work cut out for them and they absolutely rose to the occasion. I would recommend them to everyone. I feel like my home is sanitary again and I am so pleased. The first two pictures are the before and after of an extremely dirty area. The carpets look three shades lighter!
