I worked with Scott through the design and purchase process and everything went great. That all changed once the cabinets were delivered. TONS of mistakes on the cabinets the biggest of which was he did not account correctly for the size of our stove despite having the manufactures specs. To name a few others...decorative end caps installed upside down, custom microwave cabinet built to the wrong size, etc. They fixed many of these issues so not a huge deal but Scott had some people he knew that "were experts" come and fix the issues secondary to the oven sizing error and these guys hacked it up big time! Pieced in wood to try to match, horrible crown molding installation, smeared black marks on my freshly painted ceiling, and, filled nail holes w/ wrong color putty, etc. 100% radio silenc

Emailed Lisa, the cabinetry design person, measurements and photos of my space as I was looking for a single cabinet to install over my range. She took 1 week to review my email only to tell me she couldn’t help me at all and that I would need to have custom cabinetry installed. Without being offered a chance to just look around their showroom by Lisa, I took it upon myself to try to schedule an appointment. I called and left a message to make a showroom appointment; no one ever called me back! Turns out I was able to order the cabinet style I wanted, in the dimensions I needed, with the features I wanted at Menards. Overall, I expected better customer service. Pretty disappointing as I would have rather supported a local business had they actually tried to work with me on my straightforwa

Product is lacking in craftmanship, material quality and assembly. Service for product deficiency is similar to other businesses that have gone out of business. The product is way over priced and I have to believe the builders that promote it do so for a price pointer only and not because of quality. Very disappointed 16 lineal feet of cabinetry for 23k. Over 50% has access with a step ladder. What a joke !! Don't go with a builder printing ABC Cabinetry.

These people are truly experts who combine their considerable skills with the finest products available to assemble an excellent finished product. I highly recommend Lori Anderson.

Just walked around this spot for 20 minutes, not too be person to help. If you do call me here, I’d recommend calling in advance to setup an appt or you’ll just waste a trip
