Great experience from when i received the phone call to schedule my appointment I’m not sure what her name was but she was very helpful and nice, i had put in my request Wednesday evening, she called Thursday morning first thing and they were out here Friday morning. Isaac was great, he’s was in and out in no time. Luckily all i needed was for my unit to be cleaned instead of a major problem. He was very quick to find the issue and even quicker to resolve the issue. I will be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Thank you Aaron of Elite Air and Heating LLC for the excellent work you performed in troubleshooting my furnace that was short cycling even after the new thermostat and damper installations. Despite my difficulty in explaining the hot/cold temperature fluctuations and readings with the thermostat, your problem-solving skills produced excellent results and now my heating system is working like new! Not catching this in time, I believe would have led to more higher utility billing or even costly repairs/replacement. Had an issue with our heat. Elite was out within 2 hours of the call and had the problem repaired within 24 hours. This is a great company with quick response time. Dedicated to their customers. Our technician Dave was knowledgeable and made sure that we were able to keep some heat until the heat strips could be replaced! Quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired as soon as the parts came in! Super happy with this company. Everything was still under warranty so that was a definite bonus
