Elite Air

We knew that the cold was coming so we called Elite Air. Within two hours, they were at our door. Figured out the problem with our system and ordered the part. As soon as it was available, they came and installed it so we could keep our house toasty and warm for the holidays. Have used Elite Air for years and will continue working with John P. And his amazing crew! Special thanks to SM for his professionalism and friendliness.

My fan on my unit in attic was constantly running. I called elite air in mexia. The owner came out couple days later and tells me relay is stuck in on position. He told me he ordered the part 2 weeks go by I text him and he said the guy hasn’t called him back yet. It’s been 3 damn months I haven’t heard from anybody from elite air in mexia yet. I called wortham heating and AC they came out the next day ordered the part and fixed it in 3 days. I will never use elite air again. Big shout out to wortham heating and AC. Oh yeah and come to find out it was a circuit board not a relay switch. Apparently elite air didn’t even look at and jus guessed

Not trustworthy. Will not call him again. Overpriced for Freon. Charged us 100 a lb and when we called someone else when our fan motor went out not too long after, we were told Freon was only 69 a lb. When we told the new guy everything we were told from elite air he told us that we should have told him take Freon out and take it back with him and other choice words.

Poor customer service. Came out to diagnose the problem with our A/C but couldn’t. Still made us pay the whole fee. Then our A/C completely quit on us and when we called back to see if the guy could come back out to find the problem again since “everything was fine” the last time, we got nothing but attitude because he was on the job and couldn’t do it over the phone but yet wants more money to come back out. Ridiculous. We just need an estimate for our insurance.
