They answered the phone quickly and answered all my questions honestly. So of course I called them back to come pump my septic and he told me it could be a day or two but if he got a chance, he would come out that day!.. I was surprised when he called and said he could make it that day!!.. Same day service!!.. on to of that he was inexpensive and a job well done. He has himself a returning customer.

WSG was my first phone call when I Googled Septic services. I told him (Able) what was going on and ask for quote and availability. After a brief phone call I immediately booked his services.. I had intended to call 3 different Septic services to compare shop. No need, after our conversation I felt there was no need to reach out to anyone else. I was not disappointed, WSG arrived exactly on time, price exactly as quoted, job completed and successful.. customer service was amazing. Very friendly, home owned family business. The only people who i would get to pump my sewage. Prices are close to half of the other places in the area and are willing to work with you when you have money issues. They also did some plumbing work for me and got my shower working for about 70% of what i was getting quoted for from other places. Not only that but the several times i have used them for various plumbing/sewage issues they have been professional and quick with their work.

Got stuck in a crappy situation (literally) where my septic was backing up. Was able to be fit in the same day. He was very professional and also explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. Also gave us tips to help prevent this from happening again. Definitely recommend and would use again!
