This is one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and professional in everything they did. They replaced the wooden piling under our lake house with concrete piling. When they had everything replaced and leveled, they cleaned EVERYTHING UP! Couldn’t even tell they were here. They did everything they agreed to do and more. Mexia Foundation did a great job leveling my house in Malone. They replaced some damaged beams and joists as well as making it nice and level. The crew arrived with all the proper tools to get the job done and they worked at a constant pace from beginning to end. They finished up and cleaned the site of all debris. The Mexia Foundation and Leveling company did an amazing job on my house: they leveled it perfectly and they did poured 19 piers with cement. Besides , my house was raised 1 foot. An UPDATE was necessary: My back rooms were bad, at first i was happy with the leveling... UPDATE: UNFORTUNATELY, after a couple of months my bedroom floor developed a huge hump, there's now a hill on my floor thats 14 feet by 8 feet. I know they get good reviews and im sure they do good work but something went just went wrong with my floor , I was told moister in the crawl space may have caused the floor to buckle up like that. Over all , something terrible happened and my bedroom floor is now worse, the other room came out good but Unfortunately the bedroom looks bad.
