The authentic 5 star reviews were on point - had Jason and Chris clean my vents (which hadn't been done by the previous homeowner and it was gross as shown) and I'm so happy with the results. As a small business owner I would never write a negative review for a company but I will today. I will say the lady answering the phone is nice but I'm pretty sure she said her son was the owner and was on every job. I felt comfortable hiring an owner/operator for my ducts to be cleaned. I have a small park model trailer in Avalon Nj. We are located in a camp ground with a ton of children in it. The speed limit in the campground is 5mph and it’s very strict with signs everywhere. When the owner was driving to my site he was driving extremely too fast. When I finally flagged him down because he flew right past our house I nicely asked the guy to please slow down because we have too many children outside playing. His first response to me was "I can just leave!" I was so shocked at his respon

Originally called to have my dryer vent cleaned although knowing that the ducts had to be done, one of these days as well. After speaking with Debbie, I "let her talk me into it" and could not be more pleased. I envisioned 'dust all over the house' and nothing could be further from the result. Jason & Chris were efficient, helpful, easy to deal with and courteous to the max, showing true respect for my home. (a good sign when they covered their shoes with those 'booties' ) An outstanding experience, fair price & excellent results. Incidentally, if you engage them to clean the air ducts, they will also do the dryer vent at no charge. If you're thinking about it, these are the folks you want to hire. Highly recommend! We noticed our relatively new dryer not working like it should and found Elite from a Google search. They were super accommodating on the phone and Jason arrived exactly when he said he would. The job ended up being a bit more complicated than anticipated due to the location of our dryer & vents, but it was obvious Jason knew what he was doing. He got the blockage cleared and I successfully ran the dryer tonight. I am SO thrilled with the service and look forward to calling Elite again in the future. Thank you! Update: three years later and the cover to our dryer vent fell off during a storm. I kept mensing to get it replaced, but the birds beat me to it. We noticed our dryer wasn’t working when we returned from vacation. I called Elite again and they removed a “bird palace” from my vent
