I called Elite Locksmith to get an estimate for a lock change. Instead of giving me a quote for a door stricker, the technician went ahead and changed the lock without my permission. I never agreed to the service, and thankfully, I didn’t end up paying—but the damage was already done. The new lock they put in doesn’t work properly, and now I’m left with a faulty lock that they installed without consent. This was completely unprofessional and careless. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. They act without approval and don’t seem to care about the outcome. Very disappointed.
