I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jim at Elite Pool Care. From offering advice on how to troubleshoot, to coming right out and taking care of the problem and answering all questions...I HIGHLY recommend him for any of your pool needs!

I don't give review unless someone that I hire goes "above and beyond" what's normally expected. Elite pool care, and specifically Jim (the owner) not only told me he'd be there right away (it's the middle of summer), he assessed what was wrong with my pool (a poor gasket); HE REPLACED IT AT NO CHARGE!!! Pinch a Penny wanted $16 for that gasket! Furthermore, Jim answered every one of my questions and explained what I can do to maintain the pool, IN DETAIL! I've dealt with other pool service companies before, but nobody can even compare to the timeliness, attention to detail, and experience that ELITE POOL CARE does. As an independant business owner myself, I can tell you that Jim and his staff far exceeded my expectations. He'e my "go-to" guy for pool care-PERIOD.

Extremely unprofessional had him for many years and tries to force his political beliefs on others. He was here to clean my pool and not campaign. There are way better companies in the area
