We are so grateful for Jake's service! Not only did he respond quickly--we are in the process of selling the house--he was thorough and extremely helpful providing documentation of his work. Throughout his visit he sent us pictures and a time-lapse video of his work so we could see everything he did. This gave me peace of mind to know the work was done well and with professionalism. 5/5 stars for sure, I strongly recommend Jake!

When I experienced a sewage backup in my apartment unit, I contacted Elite Restoration, and Jake and Brian were extremely helpful from the very beginning. Even though it was a Friday night — when it’s usually difficult to find assistance — they responded quickly and showed up right away. Their professionalism and calm approach immediately helped ease the stress of the situation. I had reached out to a few other companies for quotes, but Elite Restoration was by far the most reasonable option. Jake and Brian thoroughly cleaned and sanitized everything, ensuring the area was safe and properly handled. They also completed a detailed report to assist with my insurance claim and took the time to provide helpful tips on how to handle situations like this in the future. I highly recommend this

We had a water issue in our basement that happened suddenly! We were very happy with Jake from Elite! Not only did he come through in an emergency for us when needed, he was kind, courteous and reassuring! They were the only company that came through for us in a pinch and the only company who answered the phone and came out quickly. Nobody else called us back. Jake and his team did wonderfully. We just moved into a new home in southern New Hampshire and had some mold to deal with before moving our young child in. We had some time constraints and urgency on our end and Jake was extremely accommodating and got his team in to do the work so quickly …. Over the thanksgiving holiday weekend I might add! It was truly a godsend because it made us feel comfortable to move in with our little one without the fear of exposure. Thank you to Jake and his team for enabling us to move out of my parents house faster than we would have without you! 😂
