Erin and Mark are second to none in customer service and product education. The product is superior and that is evident when you get it shipped. You can send pictures and call them for advice and installation help, which is a simple as following the direction. I bought a floor plate from Amazon to keep my toilet from coming in direct contact with the "Nature Stone" flooring. the flooring is the best out there but I was concerned that the tiny irregularities with pebble size and the level of the floor might put too much stress on one particular area of the porcelain. if Mark and Erin start providing the plate I would recommend it to anyone installing on bare concrete or any floor with irregularities. I have included some pictures.

After getting a quote of almost triple the price I contacted Erin and she told me my old macerator had been replaced with a new unit with a bigger motor and thankfully the same dimensions as the old unit. It came with all necessary hardware and was an easy install. I really appreciate that they are a veteran friendly store.

I installed a SaniBest model of toilet and macerator about 15 years ago that was around $900 for both them. The macerator stopped working in October and I ordered a Saniplus Macerator not realizing the plumbing differences from the one that quit working. That was a little inconvenience reversing the vent and outflow pipes (basically almost reversed). THIS COMPANY PROVIDED QUICK AND PERSONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT. PRODUCTS ARE VERY RELIABLE AS EVIDENCED WITH MY FIRST UNIT RAN FOR 15 YEARS. The first unit I received had something inside of it loose when I opened it, I retrieved the plastic parts and sent a picture of them to their customer service. The Saniflo Store, more specifically, Erin came through BIG TIME not once, but TWICE! She was able to track down my missing part and made sure I received it overnight so we could get our bathroom back together in time to go on the market. Then when our plumber lost a crucial piece, she AGAIN hooked us up with amazing customer service. She knew exactly what we needed and personally made sure it was taken care of. Great customer service. I went onto their website and seen that they do text messaging support. I sent them photos of a macerating pump that was no longer working. They knew exactly what it was and knew what to replace it with. Very knowledgeable. And they had a new pump delivered within a couple days! Installing it was a breeze if you can turn a screwdriver, you can put one of these in.
