I was pleased with the service Knowles Tree Services provided. They first came to give me a written estimate. On the day they scheduled the work, they arrived on time. The crew did a fantastic job! They were professional, friendly and worked well together. They cut and pruned, chipped all the branches and cleaned up with blowers and rakes, leaving my grounds spotless. I was happy with the job they did and would highly recommend their services.

Knowles is a great company. They were at my place on Feb 20th to remove some massive trees. The communication is great during the qoute and scheduling process. The price was well worth it. The crew was friendly and professional. They operate like a well oiled machine. The crane operator is like a surgeon with that thing. Clearly they work together often. They show up with serious equipment and they get the job done. What they accomplished in 1 minute would take the average home owner 1 day. They clean up like they weren't even there. I’ve used Knowles Tree Service multiple times over the past several years and have always been very pleased! From the estimates to the actual tree work the process was well communicated and efficient.

I appreciated the integrity and honest answers during the initial assessment and was surprised that there were some trees the rep said he would watch but not take down. I had several very large diseased trees that did need immediate attention as they were close to my garage. I received a very reasonable and detailed estimate and scheduled the job. The crew came with the crane truck on schedule and was in and out in several hours. Very professional, polite, safety conscience and experienced crew. Couldn't ask for better.
