John at ELITE surface cleaning INC. had great knowledge of all the instruments and tools used to to bring our outside living space and homes exterior to a sparkle with ease. John also made sure to take extra care around any electrical obstacles and other items. He was punctual, polite and competitively priced. Overall we see it as money well spent. Our house has a cedar shake roof, which is fairly rare. Several companies wouldn't even call me back. Elite did an AMAZING job removing the moss and debris build up then applies a brightener. My roof looks nearly new.
