Horrible service. Didn’t quite know what he was doing. Fixed the problem in our dishwasher but Jerry rigged it without asking me first. And now our heater isn’t working. Also didn’t leave the dishwasher the way it was found. Insulation was thrown in the washer and legs were not readjusted. Just all around crappy services.

I contacted Chris at Keeter's Appliance and had a great experience. Before coming out to look at my refrigerator, he gave me some suggestions to try that might avoid a service call. I had a couple of calls with him and we needed a part to bypass our water filter which was causing a strong chemical like smell. Problem resolved very timely and Chris was efficient and very professional.
