L&K recently finished up a front porch and sidewalk project at my home, and honestly we couldn’t be any happier with their services or product provided. I am beyond amazed and grateful for how seamless and stress free this project was. Communication was stellar! I reached out to schedule an estimate, and was provided a timely professional estimate by email within hours! Lee and his crew clearly have a great deal of experience and knowledge when it comes to home foundation and excavation services. Some of the concerns they brought up (city water and sewer line locations possibly impacting the footer, and the possibility of needing an engineer to ensure structural integrity) were never considered with any other company that quoted the job. Wouldn’t hire them for anything. Did foundation and footer tile for my new home 7 years ago. Footer tile doesn’t flow water. They chopped holes in the sump crock to relieve the water from around foundation. Extra concrete from foundation pour was placed in a hole about 7-8 inches deep near the house. Can’t get grass to grow there when it warms up. Drained the sump crock into the shallow tile for the downspouts. Every time the sump pump runs, it sounds like a toilet flushing all around the house. Grading around the house is terrible. Don’t even get me started on what they did to my neighbors’s new house a year and a half ago…

L&K poured a basement for a new house and blocked the street for a very long time. The job foreman was unreasonable when approached by myself and several neighbors on the street about letting traffic through. He was very unprofessional and kept giving me the finger. I would not use this company based on this experience.

Super nice people! Filled in our inground swimming pool, did an amazing Job! Wish I knew how to post pictures. Highly recommended.
