Elite Topdressing

Corey and his team at Elite Topdressing did a phenomenal job on the lawn. We did a 50/50 compost and sand mix to help address the lunpiness and dips in the lawn. They communicated often and did the job quickly and professionally. The lawn looks better than ever and is now more leveled. Highly recommend them!

We bought a new build and the sod was in such rough shape because they planted it directly on clay. I can’t believe how big a difference it made to have one coat of top dressing applied by these guys. They are top notch and my grass is looking great! Can’t wait to see the results after a few coats!
