On the rental side, they ask really helpful questions about what I'm looking to do, and offer multiple suggestions for how to achieve it. They're honest about pricing, and always quick to offer options that are more cost-effective, while explaining any trade-offs involved. There's a great variety of equipment, and they have trailers you can rent along with the equipment if you don't have your own. On the retail side, it's very well-stocked for the square footage. When I came in mid-car-project, they worked with me to come up with a combination of pipes/breaker bars that gave me the leverage I needed. (Still use that combo of tools years later!) Recently my husband brought in our lawnmower for the usual sharpening and also some repair. Paul and the entire team treated us so kindly and expertly completed the repair at a very reasonable price. I always feel like a valued Customer at this store and highly recommend.

Paul is the man! Had a very troublesome issue with a Gravely mower that required multiple diagnostic procedures, but the boys finally got her up and running. Good guys at this shop and locally owned too if I’m not mistaken!

Great local business! They usually have what I'm in need of. Expert staff are always helpful. Today I needed to make repairs to my old echo PB-2100, the guys down stairs hooked me up with a kit that fixed my blower. You can't find service like this is a big box store!

They were Professional, and Very Kind through the whole process. I highly recommend you try them for yourself. Great customer service is very rare these days, but they Excel in what they do! 5-gold stars aren’t enough for these guys!
