Very rude staff. My credit card had an issue and monthly payment didn't go through. Instead of informing of the problem they put my name in blacklist. I was not able to exit garage. The staff was very unprofessional. It was after hours and I was told call the garage office next morning. I was stuck in the garage for over 12 hours. They spoke to me with attitude. I pay 240$ for parking, 4000$ per month rent and they treat you like you are nothing. Pathetic!!
