Chef's kiss to Elmar. From start to finish they delivered high-quality, low-pressure, friendly and complete sales and installation of my mini split. Brad (Sales) and the install team of DaVic Mann and his partner couldn't have done a better job IMO. This kind of straight-up customer focus is increasingly rare in the trades. I'm so happy to have found this company! Price was right and I will sleep comfortably now with a top-drawer Mitsubishi put in by a Diamond dealer.

This company and professionals were awsome. Came out rhe same day that I called to diagnose the issue with my water heater. I needed a new water heater; which they completed work in a very timely matter, ensuring, I did not go without hot water. Very professional, friendly (even to my three pups, Lol) and knowledgeable. Excellent and professional! I had them install an ac a couple of years ago, and a new thermostat today. It’s been a smooth experience both times, and the staff has been great ! I will happily use them again for other hvac work !
