Elmer & Sons

Over the past 10 years I had Elmer and Sons Concrete at my home for 3 separate jobs. Overall it was very nice and I was always impressed with their work. Unfortunately one of the areas in the concrete cracked and shifted due to ground settling. This was no fault of the contractor. My complaint is that I made repeated calls and contacts to have the contractor come back to repair that damaged area, and I could not get them to respond. I was willing to pay what I had to in order to have the area re-poured and fixed. After repeated attempts to have them contact me ( by phone and Facebook messages), I ended up going another route to take care of the problem. They might do nice work but I was not impressed with their lack of wanting to assist a repeat customer with a smaller repair job. They o
