After watching the Embassy Carpet Cleaning video on the company website and reading reviews, I knew this was a company I could trust to do a good job and treat my home with care. My call to schedule service was answered promptly and I was able to get on the books at a time that was convenient for me. And the scheduler is so kind and personable. On my appointment day, Steve and Josh arrived on time and introduced themselves. I showed them the areas that needed cleaning. I had some pet stains that needed addressing in one room and a stain on the sofa that I was hopeful would come out. They set to work right away.
