Hanson and Corey did a great job installing my flooring in my family room. A few things I was appreciative of was the communication and promptness.They checked with me for a good time to begin the project, stated a time frame for completion and kept to this schedule. They actually finished a day early! And they played with my very vocal active doggie. I highly recommend Emerald City and hope to use them again soon for my door installation. Definitely 5 star!!!

We have a 1919 farmhouse with single pane aluminum frame window's which needed replacement. Quotes from Champion, Pella, and Anderson were in the ten thousand dollar per window range. Emerald City Energy quote was five nice windows and installation for four thousand dollars. Hanson, Nelson and Cory our window installers did an awesome job. They were very thorough and pleasant to work with. They paid particular attention to detail and cleaned up constantly. Needless to say, we are very pleased with our Millgard windows.

Emerald city energy was great to work with to get our front door replaced. Andy was great with helping us pick the door and walking us through what to expect. We were a bit unsure this being the first time replacing a front door but they guided us through the process. Lane kept us up to date on the door build and status to receive it and got the install scheduled quickly. Tipton was great to work with on install day. Very knowledgeable, quick and clean. I would recommend them over and over again.

We really enjoyed working with Riley who drove out a a couple weeks ago to take measurements for our front door replacement, and then came back today for the installation. He was patient and knowledgeable. We’d been told two people were coming to do the job but Riley ended up doing it alone and we were appreciative.

Emerald City Energy installed 6 windows in our house. Anthony was EXCELLENT helping to schedule our install date since we had a mold issue. Jose our lead installer and his crew where fast, efficient and explained everything they were doing. They did excellent work.
