I first met with Steve over 3 years ago. I got 4 other estimates for this siding repair/paint job of my 4 story apartment building which had been neglected for over 50 years. After finally becoming ready to hire, I reached back out to Steve. He was happy to pick up where we left off. I didn’t know whether to replace the entire siding or just do a repair job, and Steve helped me see that we could fix it up very nicely and wouldn’t need to do a full siding replacement. That alone saved me about 50k. Steve worked with me to create a plan that we both believed would extend the life of the building by 20 years, at least. Steve and his crew are absolutely the best! My last paint job (by someone else) was awful, and my house was peeling within a year! Steve took special care on every aspect of the job, to ensure we did not have the same experience as last time. His attention to detail and communication was incredible. He repeatedly tested the moisture in the wood before he determined it was dry enough to paint, and also tried out 5 different primers to pick the best one for our house. The workers worked hard and were very respectful of my property. They left the area cleaned every day, down to the last scrap of old peeling paint. Steve and his team did an amazing job! I bought a new house and need to move in 4 days from the date I received the keys to avoid paying for an extra month of my apartment. His team completed the painting of the master bedroom, the other two bedrooms, and the living room in just 2 days at a reasonable price. You can see from the photos that my house has very high ceilings with angles. Highly recommended!

Steve and his team did a fantastic job of painting our house when we were getting it ready for sale. They were able to accommodate our tight timeframe, and were great about communicating with us about the work being done. I couldn't be more pleased with Steve and his crew from Intercolor Painting, LLC!! They painted my siding and the large back patio last summer and did an amazing job from start to finish. They charge fair prices and assisted with the base and trim colors that matched my taste but also the style of my home and gave it a refreshed and upbeat look. I happened to be out of town during the actual job, but when I got back, the painting was completed, the area was clean and my patio furniture back in its place. Steve kept in constant communication with questions and clarifications. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to revive their home with a fresh coat of paint!
