Very happy with Ryan’s engineering and execution of my seismic retrofit. Short punchlist was taken care of quickly. Discovery during installation resulted in a refund for materials and labor. Can’t ask for more than an honest engineer/contractor/owner.

I had Seattle Seismic install a portal frame around my garage doors and add T braces to the post in my garage. General Manager Ryan was easy to work with and his crew (lead by Luis) did a great job. The work was very reasonably priced, and I'm happy to have a little extra peace of mind with this stronger, more resilient structure.

Seattle Seismic did a great job, at a reasonable price, on an earthquake retrofit of our 106 year old home. From start to finish they were professional, courteous, and efficient. They were patient in answering our questions, and gave clear explanations of proposed work.

Ryan came to my house to provide a bid. After carefully inspecting the property and reviewing the house plans, he determined that a seismic retrofit wasn’t necessary because the work had already been completed during a previous renovation. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and clear explanation—it saved me unnecessary expense and gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend Ryan for his expertise and integrity.

Ryan and his team are incredible! First of all they are all super nice to deal with. I felt like they listened to me and did the work needed exactly how I wanted. Ryan checked in often throughout the process to make sure I was happy with the work. I had them secure the house to the foundation from the inside so they had to remove part of the ceiling in the basement. We discovered that there was soundboard in the ceiling which meant extra work for them but he did not charge me extra even though I had offered. I really appreciate that. They left the place clean too. I chose Seattle Seismic after getting 3 bids because theirs was the best. I'm really happy I did. I can highly recommend them.
