Emerald Installation in Poulsbo is absolutely the best!! We had a challenging request for custom carpet stair treads for a stairway that include a split landing, as well as several large area rugs. We had two other carpet installation companies come out to provide an estimate and either heard nothing back from them or received a ridiculously high estimate that made no sense (e.g., an estimated 8 square feet of carpet for a 3 square foot stair tread). Alexander’s estimate was completely reasonable and thoughtful, and Abigail and Natasha were a joy to work with. The office crew were helpful in selecting the right binding color for the carpet and facilitating delivery of the carpet that we had ordered online from a supplier in Georgia to their showroom. My husband and I visited the Emerald showroom while shopping for new flooring. We found Alexander professional, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. He had a nice selection of high quality, but reasonably priced, flooring covering options and helped us identify the LVP flooring we were trying to match in our new house. Due to construction delays, we put the selection of new flooring on hold. A few weeks later my contactor removed some of the existing LVP floor to do foundation work. When my contractor was then unable to reinstall the floor, we panicked since it was critical for the next stage of my remodel. I immediately reached out to Alexander at Emerald Installation. THANK YOU LOWES for stepping up when this horrible company refuses to fix their mistake and do what is right. 3/8- If I could give this Installation company a 0 I would. We set everything up with Lowe's to have new carpets installed in our home. We were beyond thrilled for our installation day. The installers arrived around 9:15 Monday morning (3/4). I had broke down everything in our 3 bedrooms and office as requested prior to the install. The two guys decided they would move everything left over into our master bedroom so they could work on the two extra rooms, hallway, office and stairs first. From start to end the team members I interacted with, Christian and Rachel, were fantastic to work with. They were communicative, accommodating, and flexible. we had a minor issue with a contractor they used but they immediately apologized and went above and beyond to fix it at their expense. They even made additional minor upgrades/improvements at their cost. When we needed additional work to be done they were upfront about costs and timeframes. I would highly recommend them for any flooring projects you may have!

Karen Meell I would like to thank Emerald Installation for helping us resolve a self inflicted carpet repair. We recently had new floors installed both carpet and hardwood. We went all three flooring stores in Poulsbo. Emerald was very professional and pleasant but in the end we selected one of the competitors. The work was fine, but I was installing some baseboards after when I snagged the carpet with a drill bit . Just like in the cartoons the carpet starts to unravel. I called the company made clear it was my fault. I was told they would stop by and make a patch. They never showed and never responded to my calls. Ghosted !! With hat in hand I went back to see Alexander at Emerald, he was gracious and understanding, he arranged for an installer to come over and make the repair
