Emerald Isle was a dream to work with. So quick to respond and schedule! Josh was very knowledgeable and kind and did a fantastic job with our home. We noticed a leak a couple days later that ended up being unrelated to their work - but he still came out same day to check it out and noticed a loose nail that he went ahead and fixed for us. 10/10 for service standards. Emerald Isle Cleaning Services has provided great cleaning for our homes for several years. Their cleaning crews are trained and their work is inspected. George and Elena have also worked with us when we’ve been out of town and needed an extra hand with the linens, etc. We feel very confident in asking them to help make our homes ready for all of our guests at the beach.

We've been using EICSI for almost three years now to clean our beach house including linen service. We highly recommend them especially to absentee/off-island homeowners. It is easy to talk to George & Elena, husband & wife owners. We had a situation when we requested them to check on the house due to guests' claiming that they smelled rotten egg coming from the water. George & Elena happily went to the house to check if guests' claim was true. It was not. We have been "in a bind" and have asked George/Elena to replace batteries of the fire alarm, fridge filter, etc. Another guest requested to have the main bath tub cleaning redone. The company was very responsive. Elena personally came right away to ensure that it was done right.

Being a new out of state homeowner on the island, we were a bit concerned that we could find a housekeeping service that could be responsive to our needs. Emerald Isle Cleaning exceeded our expectations. They were easy to reach if we had a last minute renter and also quickly responded to any late changes to our standard orders.
