Great experience. The property hadn't been properly maintained for 3 years. John answered the phone (which was favorable for that industry) and we had a pleasant conversation about the scope of the project. We ended up walking the property and adding additional tasks. The end cost was very reasonable and right at budget. They started almost immediately, had the right equipment and team members to get the job done quickly. They buttoned everything up with mowers and blowers, so the property looked clean and fresh!
