TAPS Cleaning Service

We hired TAPS for a post-renovation deep cleaning and were disappointed. This was not a right after the reno heavy cleaning it was moderately clean as we had already moved some items back in. They crew missed cleaning the laundry room entirely outside of the floors. There were other areas that were overlooked or lack of attention to detail for the price we were paying. They also left marks on the walls in three areas on the newly painted areas that were not there before. The owner offered to come back out and correct the missed areas but we should not have to police something when we are paying a premium for a service. Classic case of overcharging and under delivering.

Tee Anne and her team at Taps Cleaning Services are phenomenal. We’ve used several cleaners in the area over the years, and without question, they are the best we’ve worked with. They arrived right on time, communicated clearly, and left our home absolutely spotless. Every detail was handled with care and precision. Outstanding customer service, great communication, and top-notch results - we couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend!

We had Taps clean our house because we were moving out. This house is crazy clean and for an awesome price. She also gave us a military discount. She came in with a crew of people and was in and out in a hurry.

The cleaning crew was efficient and did an good job. However, the owner is a very rude and nasty person. Because of her, I will never use their service again. I even feel sorry for her employees as she was openly disrespectful to them and treated them like trash.

Fast service, very thorough, would definitely recommend to anyone!!
