First class service. The owners, Matt and Thom, took extremely great care of us from the beginning to the end. We had pretty much the entire condo renovated. They made sure to be available for any needs and walked us through step by step. Matt and Thom were the most hands on owners. The place came out amazing. Thanks Matt and Thom and their crew.

Choosing Emerald Remodeling was easy for me because they remodeled my daughter’s kitchen beautifully last year. When it came time to remodel my condo, they’re who I called. The team at Emerald was professional, respectful of my property, and sensitive to the look and feel I was going for. They communicated well with me on timelines, price and materials options. And the workmanship, from tile to paint, to flooring was done so well. It’s just what I wanted. I highly recommend Emerald!

Our basement bathroom and bedroom flooded a month before our family was coming for an extended stay. Emerald Remodeling was extremely responsive, did high quality work, and were incredibly fast. They finished the entire basement and bathroom in less than 4 weeks, despite a delay in the floors I ordered and countless additions we made to the scope of work. They had great design recommendations, especially for a non-standard home like ours. We are looking forward to working with them for our next project. Thank you again! Update: they also came back multiple times after the project was completed to close out little follow-up items, which was very helpful and shows they are willing to stand behind their work.

5 Stars – Exceptional Work and a Truly Professional Team Matt and the team at Emerald Remodeling were absolutely fantastic. They did a ton of work on my mid-century home on Mercer Island this year, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They took over a complicated deck and patio renovation that had been started (and fumbled) by another contractor. The difference was night and day. The previous contractor was slow, disorganized, and unsure about the next steps. As soon as I brought in Emerald, everything changed. They immediately knew what to do—handled permitting, coordinated a geotech evaluation, and laid out a clear plan of action. Not only that, but they moved FAST and were always available to walk me through any questions. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. T

We used Emerald for a major remodel of our kitchen and dining room (which included removing a load-bearing wall) and two bathrooms. We are repeat customers, so we knew the quality would be great, but wanted to share some other highlights of working with Emerald: 1. Value: this was a major remodel, so we received bids from several contractors and design/build firms. Matt and Tom were in line or less than the other quotes. In some cases quiet a bit less, such as a place that hires designers, decorators, etc. We knew we wanted to be heavily involved in the design process, so we opted to save the money instead. 2. Creativity: like many homes in Seattle, ours is over 100 years old and there is weird stuff going on behind these walls, such as strange pipe placements, duct work in random location
