Fridge was having a hard time keeping cold and super noisy, almost splurged 1500 bucks for a new one but gave it one last chance. Our washing machine was leaking significantly and we needed help right away. Eugene came on Sunday within 2 hours after calling and resolved leaking issue. Eugene ordered parts came back on Tuesday to replace a cracked pipe. Good work by Eugene Ivanov!
