If I could give 6 stars, I would. Got locked out of my house at 2:00 AM with my wife and kids inside and everything went wrong at once. Abdul showed up in 20–25 minutes, no exaggeration — lightning fast. He immediately assessed the situation, tried non-destructive options first, and when drilling was the only move, he handled it cleanly and professionally. Not only did he get us back inside quickly, but he also helped install a brand-new lock on the spot. Calm, professional, and clearly experienced. In a stressful moment, that mattered a lot.
